Synonyms: Glyceryl tributyrate

Molecular Formula: C₁₅H₂₆O₆

Molecular Weight: 302.3633

Appearance: yellow to colorless oil liquid, bitter taste

Features effect:

Tributyrin is comprised by one molecule glycerol and three molecules butyric acid.
