Betaine anhydrous, a kind of quasi-vitamin, a new high-efficient growth accelerating agent. Its neutral nature changes the disadvantage of Betaine HCL and has no reaction with other raw materials, which will make the Betaine work better.

Physical Properties

Betaine anhydrous feed grade is white to pale yellow crystalline powder with a slightly characteristic odor. Betaine is a
quaternary amine-type alkaloids, is an efficient, high-quality, economical, widely used in livestock, poultry, aquaculture and
other nutritional additives. It provides methyl, can partially replace methionine, involved in fat metabolism and protein
synthesis. Attractant activity, can improve feed intake, daily gain, osmotic pressure regulator, ease the stress, reduce fatty
liver, for VA, VB stability has a protective effect.

Applications

a. Betaine is an efficient methyl group supplier and can be used to partially replace betaine hcl, methionine and chlorine chloride in feed rations to decrease formulation costs;

b. Betaine has been found to increase lean weight gain and improve the meat quality;

c. Betaine has been found to be highly effective in increasing the survival rate of juvenile fish and shrimp.
